What kind of materials do you accept for redistribution?
We accept textiles (including offcuts and scraps), haberdashery, trimmings, buttons, zips, broken jewelry, packaging, sewing tools, and more. If it's creative and reusable, we’ll try to find it a new home. Not sure? Send us a photo or bring it in!

Can anyone borrow from the Craft Library?
Yes! Our library is free and open to everyone. You can browse in-store or borrow books for a short period. We just ask that you treat them with care and return them on time so others can enjoy them too.

Do I need experience to join a workshop?
Nope! Our workshops are designed to be welcoming to all skill levels. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned maker, there’s something for you.

How do I apply for the Incubator Programme?
Applications open every 6 months. We announce them on Instagram and through our newsletter, so make sure to follow us or sign up to stay in the loop.

How do I volunteer with Things Matter?
We’re always looking for kind, creative people to help out with workshops, events, sorting materials, or sharing skills. If you’d like to volunteer, [fill out this form] and we’ll be in touch!

What Prices are your workshops:
Some workshops are free, and others are pay-what-you-can or low-cost. All materials are included, and we try to keep things as accessible as possible.

What happens to materials that can’t be reused?
We do our best to responsibly recycle anything that can’t be redistributed or used creatively. Our goal is always to minimise landfill waste.
